Late CA C.P Agrawal was the Managing Partner of C P Agrawal & Associates. He was a qualified Chartered Accountant and a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He also had masters degree in commerce and expertise and specialization in handling Direct & Indirect taxation matters and financial advisory to diversified industries clients. He also gathered an immense experience of 20 years as a practicing Chartered Accountant. He had a result oriented approach towards the target set. He formed the organisation and took it towards new heights. He had a vast experience in the field of statutory audits, tax audits, bank audits. He had maintained and strengthened a large portfolio of clients and had great relationship building and management skills. He was also socially very active and was an active member and past president of Lions Club Of New Delhi Alaknanda. He was best known for declared as Best Lion of the Multiple, Region, Zone as well as in District and bagged many awards for his tenure as president. He was also honored by the district as the best Zone Chairman and Best Region Chairman. As Past President of this elite Club he actively participated in all social activities of the Club and spared no effort in rendering services. NISHI AGRAWAL CA Nishi Agrawal is a partner in C P Agrawal & Associates She is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She also graduated in commerce. She has a vast and rich experience in the field of auditing and GST matters. She specializes in the areas of Income Tax and Auditing that include Compliance and Regulatory Matters. She also handles the taxation matters as well, provide the Financial consultancy and also handles the cost accounting matters. She has a great relationship building and management skills through which she builds a solution oriented accounting, strategy and compliance ecosystem for our clients and smoothly runs the organization. Being the partner, she keeps the firm well equipped with latest changes and advancement in the field of taxation and auditing with the innovative ideas for the organization along with essential strategic guidance, expertise and consulting in business and public practices. She gives considerable time in our organization and gives meaningful welfare driven activities for the growth of our successful organization .
PINKY JAIN CA Pinky Jain is a partner of C P Agrawal & Associates. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant and associate member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She also holds masters degree in commerce and has expertise in handling Direct & Indirect taxation matters and financial advisory to diversified industries clients. She heads the Firm’s Tax Advisory and Compliance Practice. She also gathered an immense experience in the field of accounting, auditing and assurance, corporate affairs, litigation matters, Project Financing etc. She is an integral part of the organisation and contributing towards the growth of the organisation. She has successfully represented clients before tax authorities at various levels on complex tax litigation matters under Income Tax and GST and leading the teams at various locations for performing the tax and regulatory compliances, statutory audits, tax audits, bank audits and various certifications required by companies from statutory auditors. She has a great relationship building and management skills through which she aims to build a solution oriented accounting, strategy and compliance ecosystem for our clients. Her ambition towards her profession contributes in satisfying the clients with quality of services and providing an environment of trust.
NEHA AGGARWAL CA Neha Aggarwal is a partner of C P Agrawal & Associates. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant and associate member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. About her education & qualification, she also holds Bachelor degree in commerce. Competent, diligent & result oriented professional, offering experience across supervision & overall responsibility for handling statutory audits for various corporate clients, Accounts & Finance Management, Indirect Tax functions, analyzing tax implication on various transactions. Experience in Accounts, Audit, Taxation, Costing, Statutory Compliances, Due Diligence Reporting, ROC related work. Various types of certification like 15CA &15CB, Valuation of shares, Employees Stock Option valuation, Net worth certificates, Verification of Turnover etc. Dexterity in formulating and implementing Finance & Accounting Policies/ Procedures and adherence to Statutory Compliances with the ability to relate theory with practice. Excellent time management skills with proven ability to work accurately and quickly prioritize, coordinate and consolidate tasks; resilient with a high level of personal integrity and energy experience. She is a strong team leader with interpersonal skills, analytical mind and comprehensive problem detection.
KOMAL AGRAWAL Komal Agrawal is a partner of C P Agrawal & Associates, with keen interest in academic research, She is qualified commerce graduate from Sri Ram College of Commerce. She is proficient in handling all company law matters and as an accomplished professional having immense knowledge of specialization in the field of ROC since 20 years. She has formed and guided more than 50 companies with great efforts . She is concerned with Research and development work and keeping the Firm well equipped to face the dynamic changes. She handles the overall management and oversees Reports and supervision of the accounting department of the organization. She contributes accounting and financial information, analysis, and recommendations for the great achievements to our organization. She always creates effective leadership for organization and encourages the professionals for positive environment in the organization. BIJENDRA SINGH Bijendra Singh is the team member of C P Agrawal & Associates with the Specialization & Experience of Supervision of Accounts department since 18 years . He is concerned with Various Returns of Sales Tax, Service Tax, GST, Income Tax & TDS. He contacts the challenging people with smartly in various Situation and think creative for the organizations, He gives the provision of timely, constructive & smart work and clear expectations for organizational and individual performance. He comprehensively manages the financial & Accounting services of the Clients for the great altitude of the organization.
OTHER WORKING STAFF The firm is backed by experienced and a highly dedicated staff with the sole aim of taking the organization to the top. The firm is presently having a staff of around 18 members having rich and vast experience in their specific areas.
